CORE Town Hall Calls

Beginning in May 2011, CORE began holding Town Hall Calls every 4-6 weeks. These calls are open to all stakeholders (both CORE participating and non-participating entities). The purpose of these calls is to provide attendees with an informal update on CORE activities over the past several months. Examples of potential agenda items include:

  • Update on EFT and ERA CORE operating rule development process, including results from the Industry Survey on Potential CORE Operating Rules for EFT & ERA Transactions
  • Update on the status of the CORE Rules for the Phase I and II CORE Rule enhancements to address PPACA Section 1104 and next steps
  • Updates regarding NCVHS and related government activities on health information
  • Overview of the summary of the v5010 updates to the CORE Phase I and II Rules and review on how to access rules on the CAQH CORE website
  • Update on entities that have recently become CORE certified entities or endorsers of Phase I and II
  • Results of CORE ROI studies

Town Hall Calls are for informational purposes only, no voting or decision-making will occur. Town Hall Calls will be held at the following dates and times:
