A conversation with North Highland's Chief Medical Officer, Richardo Martinez, M.D., and national healthcare lead, Fletcher Lance

This is the second in a year-long series of national webinars sponsored by CAQH CORE that will feature health care thought leaders and other innovators.

If you are a provider, work for providers or work with providers, you'll want to join us for this special look at the future of the integration of clinical and administrative health care data, with North Highland's Chief Medical Officer Ricardo Martinez, M.D., and National Healthcare Lead Fletcher Lance.

As a nationally recognized board-certified emergency physician and thought leader in healthcare, Dr. Martinez oversaw administrative and clinical operations for one of the largest emergency department management firms in the nation, serving more than 180 hospitals in 23 states. In addition, he served as the Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and since 1988, has been the senior medical advisor to the National Football League for the Super Bowl.

Fletcher Lance is National Healthcare Lead at North Highland. He has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare management and information technology consulting. He specializes in IT implementations, process improvement, clinical management, patient management and IT evaluation and selection.

Both of these experts engage with providers across the country and will offer a unique view from both the physician and practice management perspective on the value of integrating clinical and administrative functions and data, including:

  • The shifting payment landscape
  • The use of decision analytics, standards and operating rules to streamline business performance and optimize patient care.
  • How data can lead to operational improvements

Who Should Attend:

This webinar is designed for all HIPAA-covered entities for which the Federally mandated standards and operating rules apply: Hospitals, providers, health plans, vendors and clearinghouses. Providers, vendors, practice managers, health plans and others who work with providers are encouraged to attend.
