CAQH Director, Product Management - COB
Develop a holistic strategy for the COB initiative, drive its development from concept through implementation and ensure its respective profitability. Create a long term investment thesis and lifecycle maintenance approach for COB. Anticipate and plan for stakeholder needs and market trends. Lead the creation and maintenance of assigned new products and services within the COB offering to meet profitability and ROI expectations. In collaboration with the CAQH Business Development, define pricing strategy. Manage and develop staff.
CAQH Director, Product Management - UPD
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Product Management is responsible for developing a holistic strategy for the Universal Provider Datasource (UPD) and to ensure its respective profitability. The Director will create a long term investment thesis, an IT roadmap, and lifecycle maintenance approach for the UPD and its related services (EFT and Sanctions). The Director will also lead the creation and maintenance of assigned new products and services within UPD to meet profitability and ROI expectations and will define the pricing strategy in collaboration with the CAQH Business Development lead.
CAQH Director of Marketing and Communications
The Director of Marketing and Communications has overall responsibility for planning, development and implementation of all CAQH marketing strategies and campaigns, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal, as well as branding, website management, social media activities and advertizing agency relationships. The Director oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for sales and account management, communications and public relations, including informational newsletters and speech writing and directs the efforts of the marketing and communications staff. The Director supports the Executive Director, Managing Directors and member organizations in outreach efforts to stakeholders, members and the broader community.
CAQH Senior Marketing Manager
Develops the strategies and tactics to drive the day-to-day activities for CAQH marketing, branding, advertising, and outreach initiatives, including competitive analysis, market research, and stakeholder analysis. Develops campaigns and supporting tools to present CAQH mission/vision, programs and services to supporters, buyers and clients. Researches and develops a branding strategy that ensures messaging is consistent across CAQH and all collateral materials including the website. Provides market intelligence and makes recommendations to management. Manages budget and any staff, interns or volunteers for Marketing area.
CAQH Program Manager - COB
Manage the Coordination of Benefits (COB) program end-to-end from scoping and requirements through deployment. Develop and implement plans specifying goals, strategy, budget, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources. Proactively manage work across different workforces if needed, monitor and report on execution of deliverables through all project phases. Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the project and acting as the escalation point of contact. . Develop, implement and upgrade COB program standards and procedures.
CAQH Manager, Strategic Alliances
Lead the full life cycle of CAQH’s strategic partnerships, focused initially on coordination of benefits (COB) and subsequently working across the organization with other CAQH offerings. Formulate partnership strategies, identify and pursue prospective partners, negotiate agreements, and implement partnerships. (e.g., partnerships with clearinghouses, practice management vendors, etc.),. Conduct market research and refine the partnership strategy to meet product, financial and strategic objectives for the organization. Manage a matrix team of resources to execute the partnership strategy.
CAQH Operations Manager
Plan, organize and manage ongoing operations for a new CAQH offering focused on coordination of benefits (COB). Facilitate the definition and successful achievement of organizational quality and efficiency objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations of business and technology operations vendor partner. Identify, pursue and realize operational improvement opportunities.
CAQH Solution Architect
Design and develop the overall business and technical architecture of CAQH offerings, including coordination of benefits (COB) and other initiatives. Oversee execution of architecture by CAQH technology partners. Provide technical leadership and support for product management, strategic partnership development and sales & marketing activities.
CAQH Director of Information Security
Plan, implement and manage security controls and related budget required to safeguard CAQH information and information that has been entrusted to CAQH by third parties against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure. Develop and manage programs to address information security, privacy, contingency planning, business continuity and disaster recovery support, risk management, loss prevention, building security support, investigations support, and fraud prevention. Stay abreast of trends and updated policies, insurance coverage, software and technology to protect technology assets. Ensure regulatory and legislative compliance and provide documentation of appropriate security measures.
CAQH Managing Director, Finance and Administration
The Managing Director is responsible for the oversight, organization and management of CAQH financial and administrative functions. The Managing Director monitors the financial condition of the organization, prepares financial reports and budgets and oversees day-to-day finance operations. The Managing Director will ensure that effective financial and operational controls are in place to support current business needs and future growth. The Managing Director also functions as the chief administrative officer of CAQH. The Managing Director is a key member of the executive team and will work with the Audit Committee, board of directors and various stakeholders in the organization.
CAQH Sales Manager
Offers and delivers consultative sales across multiple existing and new services to decision-makers at a variety of United States healthcare entities. Responsible for independently managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure and transitioning to Account Management. Uses consultative sales techniques to generate interest and win business. Works closely with the Senior Manager and the Account Management team to ensure a seamless, positive and professional experience for the client. Interacts with and is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to the achievement of client satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term growth in line with CAQH vision and mission.
CAQH Manager, Education, Outreach and Participant Relations
Plans and manages the CORE education and participant relations activities. Working with the CORE Managing Director, the Manager is responsible to ensure all education, participant relations and outreach activities are aligned with the CORE strategic imperatives, with an emphasis on rule writing, certification and testing, and coordination with other industry efforts. This position will promote, enhance and build the reputation of CORE as the first national heathcare administrative operating rules author and aim to ensure the industry has accessible information regarding the newly mandated operating rules. The Manager will work closely with the CAQH Communications staff, CORE rule writing staff and external consultants to ensure a smooth, seamless transfer of accurate presentation materials.
