Senior Associate, Provider Recruitment

Reports To

Director, Provider Engagement 

Position is responsible for outreach, relationship building, and adoption of large provider groups who are eligible to use new CAQH technology. The Senior Associate, Provider Recruitment will work closely with the Provider Engagement Advocate and Provider Engagement Analyst to develop processes, align strategies and report on outcomes. This new technology will bring value to health systems, independent physician associations (IPA)’s and hospitals. This role will interact with and is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to the achievement of provider adoption, user satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term growth in line with the CAQH Vision and Mission. This position is full time, exempt and remote.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of CAQH, a strong understanding of the non-delegated and delegated group capabilities and how the CAQH provider data solutions benefit provider groups.
  • Proactively build strong provider group relationships and engagement for CAQH provider data solutions.
  • Drive delegated provider group recruitment to support the adoption of ProView for Groups. The Senior Associate, Provider Recruitment will be responsible for increasing the total number of provider groups registered for the ProView for Groups Delegated Credentialing platform.
  • Work closely with member and non-member heath plans to identify provider group targets based on the plans’ existing contracts and drive solution adoption from provider groups in the pipeline.
  • Assist with the development and execution of the provider group onboarding process, in collaboration with the Implementation Team.
  • Develop and execute specific strategies that identify provider group needs and position CAQH services to meet those needs.
  • Track, in Salesforce, provider group solution adoption, potential provider group pipeline, provider group business information, and actions necessary to bring additional provider groups on-board.
  • Respond to all provider group inquiries in an informed, timely and professional manner; capture all necessary information to track each user’s needs.
  • Cultivate stakeholder and industry relationships to promote the CAQH provider data solutions. and incorporate stakeholder feedback into ongoing solution development.
  • Attend / exhibit provider-focused conferences to support goals for onboarding new groups.
  • Deliver successful customer handoffs to Provider Engagement Advocate and Implementation Team following successful provider group registrations and implementation preparation activities.

Other duties as assigned including:

  • Coordinate joint-recruitment activities across target-provider market segments.
  • Support the ADA / CAQH alliance through completing requests for reports or market research.
  • Assist with other Provider Engagement special projects.

  • Deep experience with Salesforce, and Microsoft Office including expert knowledge with Excel and PowerPoint.  

Bachelor’s degree required.
