Senior Product Marketing Associate

Reports To

Senior Product Marketing Manager

You will work with a Senior Product Marketing Manager to execute on the marketing strategy for one of CAQH’s healthcare technology solutions, including contributing to the development of the go-to-market strategy, creating content, and running multi-channel marketing campaigns. With a growing understanding of our target customers and how our product fulfills their needs, you play a critical role in increasing revenue and market share for CAQH and streamlining healthcare administration in the United States. This is a full-time, exempt, remote position.

Specific Responsibilities

Go-To Market Strategy and Development

  • Build knowledge of industry challenges, product functionality, use cases, and benefits to potential clients of assigned CAQH technology solution.
  • Work with senior product marketers to translate market and customer needs into objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales and profitability for the business.
  • Work with senior product marketers to develop marketing plan for assigned CAQH solution.

Content Marketing and Writing

  • Use market research and competitive intelligence to create effective and compelling messaging.
  • Use approved messaging to create content including:
    • Sales presentations
    • Advertising copy
    • Email copy
    • Webinars
    • Case studies
  • Maintain content for each stage of the marketing funnel.
  • Work with senior product marketers to design and implement creative strategies to repurpose and disseminate content.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.

Digital Marketing

  • Create and execute campaigns to engage potential clients, using web, email, paid advertising, and social channels.
  • Plan and execute A/B and conversion tests.
  • Create landing pages.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Experience marketing B2B products and/or services. Healthcare and/or SaaS marketing experience preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel marketing campaigns to build product awareness and drive leads and conversions.
  • Clear and concise writing skills.
  • Ability to set priorities among competing projects and complete projects on time and on budget.
  • Ability to interact with others with poise, tact, resourcefulness, creativity and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in
    • CRM (Salesforce preferred)
    • Email automation (Pardot preferred)
    • MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Office 365) and strong PowerPoint skills.

Minimum three years of B2B marketing experience. Healthcare IT, healthcare or life sciences preferred.


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline.
