The Provider Data Action Alliance is an industry-wide group convened by CAQH to address the challenges of collecting and maintaining accurate, timely data on healthcare providers.
The Alliance grew out of the CAQH Provider Data Summit last fall when more than 100 leaders from health, dental and vision plans, hospitals and healthcare systems, provider organizations, health information exchanges, vendors, government, consumer groups and others met to discuss the problems related to managing administrative provider data. At the close of the Summit, CAQH committed to facilitating the follow-up discussions and development of a roadmap with a multi-stakeholder group of industry participants.
Alliance participants worked together to develop a roadmap of strategies to improve provider data, which is now available. Learn more about the Roadmap.
