Her leadership has delivered substantial operational and financial gains, according to CAQH, including hundreds of millions in customer savings through waste reduction and streamlining. Within CAQH, she overhauled supplier management, leading to more than $7 million in reported savings. She also prioritized workforce development, introducing transparent career pathways and investing in employee growth. Through initiatives such as the Provider Advisory Council, Ahmad has sought to ensure voices from healthcare’s front lines are shaping next-generation tools.
