The Director, Member Data Sales and Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth for CAQH’s Member Data Solutions, including COB Smart, Data as a Service offerings, and value-based consulting engagements. This role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion within payer, Medicaid, and government markets. Success in this role looks like consistently achieving sales targets, building durable partnerships, and positioning CAQH as a trusted leader in member data solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Strategist – Member Data to lead strategic initiatives that advance CAQH’s organizational objectives across the Member Data solution suite. CAQH’s market leading Member Data offerings currently provide a comprehensive payer Coordination of Benefits solution and are well positioned for expansion into adjacent markets. This role supports multiple initiatives, including portfolio ideation, solution design and high level architecture, advisory group engagement through proof of concept development, business case creation, cross functional alignment, and performance and growth strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager, Member Data to develop solutions that deliver value to customers, attract future buyers, and strengthen CAQH’s industry leadership. CAQH’s market-leading Member Data offerings provide a comprehensive payer Coordination of Benefits solution and are positioned for expansion into adjacent markets. This role leads planning and forecasting to execute product roadmaps aligned with Product Strategy. Partnering closely with Technology and UX teams, and monitoring KPIs and team velocity, the Sr. Product Manager is accountable for the prioritization, execution, and delivery of solutions that meet market needs and remain within budget.

CAQH’s market-leading Member Data offerings provide a comprehensive payer Coordination of Benefits solution and are positioned for expansion into adjacent markets. This role leads planning and execution of product and feature delivery aligned with Product Strategy.
