Change Healthcare experienced a cyber attack on the evening of Wednesday, February 21st, 2024.  Since they utilize both our provider and member data systems, we took the precautionary step of safeguarding our customers and data by disabling sFTP and portal access to Change Healthcare and affiliate domains.

Users directly and indirectly related to these domains will not be able to access their data until the situation is resolved.  We understand that this impacts critical business processes and are monitoring the situation closely.

As always, cyber security is the highest priority for CAQH.
