Creative and Graphic Designer
Position Description
Position Summary:
The Creative & Graphic Designer contributes to the creative design of projects for digital and print mediums across our channels and events. This position will design digital marketing materials including email, website, social media and advertising assets, including PowerPoint. They will be integral to conceptualizing major campaigns, developing visual direction, collaborating with content teams, and working with all marketing channel owners to turn ideas into reality.
The Creative & Graphic Designer is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Brand & Marketing.
Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Visually design marketing materials including web and digital advertising, social media assets, print and digital collateral, and employee communications.
- PowerPoint experience creating visual solutions to communicate key business messages
- Performance Ads: Design performance marketing assets that push the brand forward in a meaningful way.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and create beautiful designs to support our owned channels and performance marketing efforts.
- Work collaboratively with our in-house web development team to design inspiring web pages and bring our brand to life.
- Brainstorm and generate concepts with the team based on Marketing and Communications initiatives.
- Be a brand advocate, ensuring all materials reflect our brand standards.

Skills:
- Excellent visual design skills: ability to translate information into visually stimulating and engaging graphics utilizing appropriate hierarchy and scale.
- Experience using graphic design fundamentals, typography, color and layout with experience in creating graphic, digital and/or motion design for print and digital media.
- Highly organized with strong time- and project-management skills.
- Team player that is willing to jump in and support company needs when called upon.
- Thorough and precise in their work.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross-departmental team.
- Solid interpersonal communication skills.
- Some coding experience/exposure for email and website content page development a plus.
- Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software a plus.
Experience:
- 6+ years of graphic/web design experience.
- Experience with UX/UI preferred.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Acrobat.
- Knowledge of responsive design, mobile first approach to design and development for SEO.
- Solid understanding of major social media channels and the specific types of content needed to resonate with channel-specific consumers.
- Experience creating packaging designs utilized across all selling channels.
- A diverse portfolio available of past work.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in design, art-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
