People Business Partner
Position Description
The People Business Partner will be responsible for shaping and executing bold, forward-thinking talent strategies that drive operational excellence. Partnering directly with the CHRO, ELT and their teams, this high-impact leadership role is perfect for a results-oriented talent leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and loves to get things done.
The People Business Partner is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $210,000 annually.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought partner and challenger to the CHRO and operational leaders, bringing a strong point of view on talent, structure, and leadership requirements to enable a high performing organization.
- Design and deliver talent programs that drive performance and support operational excellence.
- Serve as a force for alignment and accountability, guiding leaders to make bold, people-centered decisions that drive enterprise-wide impact.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen team connectivity, and ensure the people strategy evolves with the business.
- Performance Management: Lead execution of CAQH’s performance management cycle, supporting leaders in setting clear goals, conducting evaluations, and building feedback-rich environments.
- Learning & Development: Partner with the CHRO to design and deliver development programs that strengthen leadership capability and promote continuous learning.
- Empower and equip managers to lead with clarity, empathy, and confidence through coaching, tools, and scalable frameworks.
- Use technology and data to bring forward insights that inform better leadership, workforce planning, and employee experience decisions.
- Lead and deliver high-impact HR initiatives that modernize how CAQH attracts, develops, and retains talent.
- Lead organizational design and change efforts that promote agility, alignment, and growth.
- Serve as a culture steward, ensuring CAQH’s values show up in how we lead, collaborate, and make decisions and are actively involved in culture programming across the business.
- Partner with leaders to evolve team norms, accountability systems, and feedback mechanisms that build trust, belonging, and performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fairness, compliance, and resolution.
- Use insights from feedback channels, surveys, and workforce data to shape meaningful employee experiences.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This role has no supervisory responsibilities. This is an independent contributor role, with high leadership and cross-functional partnership.
Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in organization design, employee relations, performance management design and execution, and culture stewardship.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach all levels.
- Experience implementing or leveraging HR technology, data analytics, or AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making and employee experience.
- Strong communication and design-thinking skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
