Sr. Product Manager – Member Data
Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager, Member Data to develop solutions that deliver value to customers, attract future buyers, and strengthen CAQH’s industry leadership. CAQH’s market-leading Member Data offerings provide a comprehensive payer Coordination of Benefits solution and are positioned for expansion into adjacent markets. This role leads planning and forecasting to execute product roadmaps aligned with Product Strategy. Partnering closely with Technology and UX teams, and monitoring KPIs and team velocity, the Sr. Product Manager is accountable for the prioritization, execution, and delivery of solutions that meet market needs and remain within budget.
The Sr. Product Manager is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Senior Director, Product Strategy and Management - Member Data.
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 annually.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Serve as the product lead for new and existing products; partnering with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with organizational strategy
· Drive the maintenance, growth, and retirement of assigned new and existing products.
· Support the development of user persona workflows and solution journey maps to inform product design and prioritization.
· Create and manage the product roadmap for assigned solutions, including the overall prioritization of product enhancements in alignment with organizational objectives, external stakeholders input, and through collaboration with internal functional areas.
· Without direct authority, oversee outsourced functions (including development) to ensure maximum value from contract resources.
· Ensure readiness for development execution and prepare for subsequent cycles in annual planning process.
· Interface with Technology and UX teams to decompose features and functionality that deliver value outlined in the strategic business case.
· Support go-to-market and product launch initiatives (pilots, PoC, etc.…) in conjunction with Product Strategist and Enterprise Strategy teams.
· Track and report KPIs aligned to business cases and annual plan.
· Monitor team velocity and maturity of development processes to support resource and capacity planning.
· Collaborate with Strategic and Technical (PMO, InfoSec, Tech Ops, and Architecture) teams to support the execution of the product roadmaps.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to inform product strategy and ensure market relevance.
· Promote healthcare industry and technical infrastructure best practices, foster innovation, and provide subject matter expertise across the organization.

Skills:
· Product Planning & Delivery
o Ability to manage initiative scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs throughout the full product development lifecycle (PDLC).
o Ability to own end‑to‑end execution of a product roadmap and measure outcomes based on defined business value and performance metrics.
· Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
o Ability to support user advisory groups by analyzing usage data, monitoring solution adoption, and incorporating customer feedback into product decisions.
o Ability to support new product launches, including pilots and proofs of concept, by coordinating execution readiness and post‑launch assessment.
o Ability to clearly communicate product strategy, business plans, priorities, and tradeoffs to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders using appropriate terminology.
· Cross‑Functional Collaboration
o Ability to work effectively with Technology, Operations, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, and Finance teams to drive shared outcomes.
o Ability to collaborate across matrixed organizations, balancing competing priorities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience:
- 7-9+ years managing healthcare technology products
- 5+ years in product development / product management.
- Experience with SAFe agile and pragmatic development approaches preferred.
- Ability to support product development with a heavily technology-based focus.
- Domain experience specifically healthcare payer administrative workflows such as member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, and claims data highly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Degrees in healthcare administration, public health, or technology disciplines preferred.
